Take the Mexico 200 highway south (toward Mismaloya) and after you pass through Old Town and the Pemex station go 2 KM then turn right off the highway and a quick right onto Av. Santa Barbara. Go about 100 yards and we are the 3rd large building on the left.

Policy and notes
Payment Schedule
20% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
40% of the payment is required 60 days before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 60 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when canceled 30 days before arrival or earlier.
0% refundable if canceled after.
Security deposit
No security deposit is due.
Notes
Extra Guest Fee: The first 2 guests are included in the base rate. There is and additional charge $25/night/guest (for each additional guest after 2) up to 6 guests. If you decide to bring additional guests after you book you need to inform your host prior to check in. More than 6 guests are not allowed.
